These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pd33 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and payment services. By registering an account or using any pd33 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on pd33. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held may be confiscated. Accounts are strictly non-transferable.

pd33 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We verify age at registration. Accounts confirmed to be held by minors will be closed immediately and all associated funds returned to the depositing payment source.
Withdrawals to Verified Methods
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Fraud & Abuse Prohibited
Any attempt to exploit bonuses, manipulate game outcomes, use automated bots, engage in collusion, or launder funds through the platform will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without appeal.

01 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pd33 ("pd33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pd33.club. By accessing the pd33 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.
pd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of pd33 services following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version of these Terms and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
pd33 provides its services exclusively for the purpose of entertainment. All games are powered by certified third-party providers. pd33 does not guarantee that any particular game will be available at all times, and reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from the platform at its sole discretion without prior notice.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to pd33 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the platform.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of pd33 or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from pd33 for a period that has not yet expired, and you are not subject to any active court or regulatory order that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
Age Verification: pd33 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We may request documentary proof of age at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that gives rise to a reasonable suspicion of underage use. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended until verification is complete.
03 Account Registration
To access the full range of pd33 services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladesh-based SIM. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
One Account Rule
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pd33 platform. Operating more than one account — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided, and pd33 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. pd33 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at and change your password without delay.
pd33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the unauthorised access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
Account Verification (KYC)
pd33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with best-practice anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:
- Government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number)
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended. Accounts that remain unverified for 90 days following a KYC request may be closed at pd33's discretion.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
pd33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank online transfer, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major international debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your pd33 wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
pd33 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check directly with your provider. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was originally made. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all player accounts.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval, subject to KYC status.
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days.
pd33 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required to facilitate the review.
Transaction Limits
Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits apply to all accounts. Specific limits are displayed within your account dashboard. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits will be subject to those limits in addition to the standard platform limits, and the more restrictive limit will always apply.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
pd33 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Wagering Requirements
Unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum convertible amount are stated in the promotion-specific terms. Stakes placed on games excluded from a promotion's eligible game list will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
Bonus Abuse
pd33 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and sharing bonus codes in breach of their distribution terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, pd33 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly permit it.
- pd33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any ongoing promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have legitimately opted in.
- Bonuses credited in error — for example, due to a technical fault — may be reclaimed by pd33 without prior notice.
- VIP programme points and tier status are subject to the VIP programme's own terms and conditions, which are available on request from our support team.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on pd33 are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, and Relax Gaming. Each provider operates under certified random number generator (RNG) standards, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically fair, independent, and not subject to manipulation by pd33 or any third party.
Return to Player (RTP)
The theoretical return-to-player percentage for each game is determined by the game's developer and is verified by independent testing agencies. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results. Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the integrity of a game round, pd33 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake to the player's account. Bets placed during a demonstrably faulty game state will not be honoured. pd33's decision on the outcome of disputed game rounds is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out below.
Disconnections
pd33 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection interruptions on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a game that has an auto-play resolution (e.g., most RNG slot games), the round will complete and the result will be recorded when you next connect. For live casino games where a disconnection may result in an unresolved hand or spin, the game provider's own disconnection policy applies.
Sports Betting Rules
All sports betting markets are governed by pd33's Sportsbook Rules, which are available as a separate document within the betting section of the platform. Key principles include: all bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement; live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time; pd33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of bet placement.
07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the pd33 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Providing false registration information, including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using pd33 as a vehicle to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain credits, alter game outcomes, or access areas of the platform not intended for your use.
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at pd33 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel.
- Charging back deposits made to pd33 via a payment provider after those funds have been used to place bets. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Accessing pd33 via a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions, bonus eligibility rules, or any other platform policy.
pd33 monitors all accounts and transactions for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where a breach is detected, the appropriate action will be taken at pd33's sole discretion, and the affected player will be notified to the extent permitted by any ongoing investigation.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
pd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- A request from a player to self-exclude.
- A legal or regulatory obligation requiring us to do so.
- The player becoming a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or being subject to international sanctions.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team at . Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our normal withdrawal procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or indefinite are available. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be lifted before the chosen period expires — not under any circumstances and regardless of any subsequently expressed wish to return to play. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the pd33 service, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint in writing to with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pd33 commits to providing a final written response within 14 business days of receiving a formal escalation.
