• Your pd33 account is fully deactivated. You cannot log in for any reason during the exclusion period.
• All marketing communications (email, push notifications, SMS) are permanently suspended for the duration.
• Re-registration using a different email address or identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
• Any balance remaining in your account at the time of exclusion will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method.
• Any active bonuses or promotional credits are forfeited upon self-exclusion.

Ending Self-Exclusion

A minimum 6-month self-exclusion period cannot be shortened or reversed. When the exclusion period expires, your account is NOT automatically reactivated. You must make a deliberate, manual request to reinstate access. pd33 will then apply a 24-hour reflection period before reactivation, during which we may prompt you to review our responsible gaming tools and consider whether returning to gambling is the right choice for you at that time.
